best class

BEST CLASS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you knew me

If you really knew me you would know that I love sports, I was on the football team and enjoy anything that has to do with athletics.
You would know that the reason my name is "boardinbrah" is because that is what my friends say to me every time i go snowboarding.
You would know that I sit in the front of Mr nelsons class and I'm usually wearing my "give up pants" and I always did my blog assignments on time...
If you really knew me you would know that i sit next to the two brown kids in the classroom...and maybe sorta kinda might have a little bit of a redish tint to my hair...
You would know that i broke my thumb this football season and now have a scare that looks like harry potters
You would know that my friends and family are the two most important things to me...

School

Right now my life consists of two things, school and homework. Its controlling everything that I do. I want to hangout with my friends but i have missing assignments that i have to make up. I would like to go out to lunch once and a while but cant be tardy to class anymore. Maybe one day I'm not feelin 4th period but then you have to get up at 5 30 in the morning to make it to attendance school on time. Its stressin me out not knowing how my grades are going to end up. I have to worry everyday and pray that my parents all of the sudden don't want to check out my grades. Now i only have 3 weeks to get my grades fixed. Lots to do in a shorrt amount of time...

Stress

Everything is coming so fast..Graduation is in less than a month...Grades have to be finalized with in 3 weeks...I need to find a job for the summer. I just wish everything would slow down so i could catch up on things....

Remember the Titans

My favorite movie would have to be Remember the Titans. This movie takes place in the early 1970's in a small town in Virginia. A white high school football coach must step down and turn his job over to a black coach as the high school and his team are now integrated with another black school in the community. The players on this team must learn to work together and learn how to play as a "team". The practice season has started and the team goes off to camp and that is where they learn how to play together and leave all the racial tension behind. When they return back to school, now they must face the community who is still against the idea of two different races attending the same school let alone playing on the same football team.

 I Love how this movie portrays how strong friendship can be and how easily it can change lives. The team goes on to a undefeated season and is the first mixed race team in Virginia to win a state championship.

The Lake

Everyone has that one place that they remember the most when they were growing up. Mine was here at our cabin in Bear Lake. It was and still is my all time favorite place to go in the summer.



True Champion

Lace Armstrong is a perfect example of being a true Champion. He overcame one of the biggest challenges in the world. He won the Tour de France bike race a consecutive seven times after fighting and winning over cancer. He was a example to everyone by never giving up.
